How can I get out of bed more easily when I'm 36 weeks pregnant?

Q: It's very hard to get up to pee during the night and when I get up for the day. Any tips on the easiest and safest way to get up?

A: make sure you sleep on the side of the bed that is facing the bathroom... don't try to turn over... it only hurts more. slowly put both your legs on the ground, then use your arm to push your self up. then to get up... put your hands on your knees and push... its very hard... but i found this is just the best way. i dread laying down because i know its going to hurt when i have to get up... omg.. edit; i see that everyone else can roll out of bed... i can't i have tried. my pelvic area feels like its going to explode if i move the wrong way... so if you are able to roll... then your lucky...
